The following presentation offers information on beach and bayfront properties in three departments or regions of El Salvador. The closest one and most accesible is La Paz, followed by Usulutàn and the farthest away, La Unìon. The difference in distance and the time of travel is irrelevant, for our country is so small this difference can be from 15 minutes to an hour. These properties share the same exotic traits and characteristics, for they are located in not yet developed areas, with virgin beaches and beautiful sights, all with a very high potential for tourist development.
